Official Release “French Town – Machine Gun” June 17th | Pouleup Prod
1st Extract “Les vautours” available now !
The Vultures: who are the Vultures? What are these barriers ? Society, the system, the other, oneself ? A unique title on this diffuse feeling of incomprehension, of loneliness, as if invisible barriers oppressed us insidiously. All accompanied by a Spanish guitar which is reminiscent of the historic sentence “No pasaran”!
“Les Vautours” is the brand new first single from French Town’s magnificent debut album “Machine Gun”. This Album is full of colours, riddims and conscious lyrics. It will be in pre-order as soon as June 03 on all digital platforms. To note: Its release is planned on June 17. Maximum sharing !

6 months after the noticed performance of his EP « Positive Way » in October 2021, and 2nd place at the Victoires du Reggae, in April, in the category « Revelations of the year », French Town makes an explosive entrance on the 2022 Reggae stage, thanks to his 1st album « Machine Gun ».11 titles of fun, travel and conscious thought concocted with an obvious intention of sharing that emerges in every note from each of the 6 experienced musicians of the group recognized for their art and brilliant background. Moon at the vocals, Fabio at the bass, Kubix at the guitar, Moctar at the keyboards, Naim at the percussion, and Sam Koné at the drums.
French Town is a group of the suburbs of Paris. Strength of character, perseverance and firm belief of his founding members allow them to propose this album: Fabio, the bassist and Moon, the singer.
Passion and positivity which are clearly behind the creation of this quality album can be heard both in the music and in the lyrics written in 3 languages.
Moon is in fact the author, composer and singer of the 11 tracks. The result shows the outstanding unity, cohesiveness and solidarity of the group.A very danceable album, it grooves faya, a mindful album: listen to it, it deserves your full attention. It lets out a nice freshness, we do need it.
Summer is coming, let it go !
